Vior planning private placement

A private placement worth $212,500-500,000 is being planned by Societe d’Exploration Miniere Vior (ME) of Quebec City.

Offering to subscribe to a minimum of $100,000 and a maximum of $125,000 is the Quebec Crown mining exploration company Soquem, Vior says. The placement is subject to regulatory approval. Vior says the proceeds will be used mainly to drill the Douay gold project, where a new program should be under way in December.
