Gilles Pouliot, Ontario’s new mines minister, will spell out the government’s priorities in the mining industry at a luncheon, Nov. 15. The meeting, to be held at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto, is sponsored by the Toronto branch of The Canadian In stitute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum. Pouliot, fluently bilingual, will stress his ministry’s commitment to dialogue and openness.
