Incomplete assay results from nonselective sampling from a grid along 2.5 mi of the ironside fault trend on the Midas Ax claims located 3 mi west of Goodsprings, Clark Cty., Nev., have been reported by Pundata Gold.
Silver assays of 13.48 oz per ton, 54.8 oz and 191.43 oz were reported, with gold assaying 0.02 oz at three sites. As well, there are numerous locations with elevated shows, including gold values ranging from 0.025 oz on up to 0.164 oz, and silver values ranging from 0.57 oz on up to 1.07 oz.
Pundata holds 289 claims in the area. The above results are from a survey on ground where Pundata retains a 60% interest in 121 claims. (Trio Gold holds the other 40% interest.)
Assays have been done by Bondar, Clegg in Vancouver. Additional results are awaited.
