LITERATURE REVIEW — GMD identifies indicator trains

With the processing to date of half of the 1,600 till samples collected from the Royce Group property, 100 km northwest of Yellowknife, N.W.T., GMD Resource (GMD-V) has identified nine separate indicator mineral dispersion trains.

Three of the mineral trains terminate on GMD’s wholly owned claim package, and one ends on the adjoining property, which is joint-ventured with Mongolia Gold Resources (MGR-V).

Some of the indicator minerals have been classified by Kelowna-based C.F.

Minerals as having “diamond inclusion” and “diamond inclusion overlap” chemistries. These include subcalcic, high-chromium G-10 pyropes, chrome diopsides and olivines.

Further sample results are awaited to better define the source locations of the other indicator trains.

A high-resolution aeromagnetic survey will be flown, to be followed by ground surveys in preparation for drilling.
