LAST BUT NOT LEAST — Dianor plans unit placement

A placement worth $375,000 is expected from Ressources Kimex (ME), which plans to spend most of the proceeds on work at the Granada property in Rouyn and Beauchastel Twps. in northwestern Quebec.

Kimex, which is changing its name to Ressources Dianor, is consolidating its shares on a 10-for-1 basis.

The offering will consist of 375 units at $1,000 per unit. Each unit will consist of 1,143 flow-through shares of Ressources Dianor at 70 cents per share, 285 common shares of Dianor at 70 cents per share and 1,428 warrants. (One warrant and 91 cents will entitle the holder to subscribe for one common share by Dec. 31, 1994.)
