Cream Silver denied appeal

The British Columbia government will pay no compensation to Cream Silver Mines (VSE) for expropriated claims on Vancouver Island.

Early this year, a court of appeal overturned a provincial Supreme Court decision in favor of Cream Silver. The company tried to obtain leave to appeal this decision to the Supreme Court of Canada, but the application was recently dismissed with costs.
