Change for NSR, Tintina

Control of NSR Resources (NSR-T) and Tintina Mines (TTS-T) has passed to Juan Rassmuss, a mining entrepreneur, from Cecil Franklin, retiring chairman.

Rassmuss intends to rejevenuate the companies by contributing capital and mining properties, principally in South America, thereby bringing the company into compliance with the continued listing requirements of the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Tintina and NSR were previously involved in the search for “prairie gold” in Alberta. Their properties have since been acquired by Birch Mountain Resources (BMD-V).
