.Isn’t it bad enough that retail investors have to deal with greedy management and directors with little of their own capital invested in the company, with absolutely no understanding of the word …Responsibility. When their own greed ,incompetence and conceit causes the exploration or mining venture to look to private equity for salvation,…investors should not have to worry about the new partner ,the “Private Equity “,… being home to the executives that caused the urgency for the equity in the first place.
Talk about insider trading ? ,this is the sophisticated side of just how bad insiders can screw the common retail shareholder ,with nothing more than an apology and apparently in Canada ,…legal ? This needs to change .
