Lachlan finds its gold star in Chile

In December 2010 Perth-based Lachlan Star (LSA-T, LSA-A) went from exploring in Australia and Africa, straight into producing gold in the Americas after buying the CMD gold mine in Andacollo, Chile.

Here comes the sun for Rainy River

An updated resource estimate based on 394 new core holes from 170,000 metres of drilling in 2011 — bringing the total to 1,279 drill holes, or 578,000 metres — has lifted the spirits and shares of Rainy River Resources (RR-T, RR-V).
