Exploration tech company VRIFY has introduced artificial intelligence ability to analyze mining companies’ data more efficiently, says co-founder and CEO Steve de Jong.
Since its launch in 2016, the platform has transformed static data into practical, interactive experiences for investor meetings and presentations, and has made data more engaging and understandable for stakeholders. With the beta release of its AI module last month, VRIFY kicked these abilities into overdrive.
“Imagine having 30 different data types about where you might find minerals. Our technology can spot tiny, important details across these datasets,” De Jong told The Northern Miner’s western editor, Henry Lazenby, during last month’s Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada’s annual convention in Toronto.
De Jong says that the new AI functionality is not limited to specific types of mineral deposits or geological settings and has shown to be effective across a diverse range of projects.
