Noront To Premiere IPhone App At The PDAC

SUPPLIERS NEWS

Noront Resources (NOT-V) could be the first mining company to develop an iPhone application geared specifically towards mining investors.

The application, dubbed Noront Universal Mining Application (NUMA), is being premiered at the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) in Toronto from March 7-10, 2010.

The app allows investors to compare exploration and mining results by using real-time metal prices to estimate the in-situ mineralization value of copper, lead, zinc, uranium, aluminum, gold, palladium, platinum, rhodium and silver.

NUMA can also calculate the mineralization value in both metric and imperial measurements.

The application can be downloaded for free on both the iPhone and iPod touch from the iTunes store and by BlackBerry users at www.norontresources.com .
