Exploration Down Under Seminar

Opportunities in Australia for mineral exploration and mine development is the theme of the “Exploration Down Under Seminar 2006” at the 2006 PDAC Convention. The seminar will showcase new mineral discoveries and mine developments in 2006, a year which saw significant new copper, mineral sand, iron ore, nickel, zinc, and gold discoveries, and new or expanded iron ore, coal, nickel and lead production.
The seminar will feature the Carrapateena discovery — an exciting new Olympic Dam type copper-gold discovery on the Gawler Craton. Other presentations by Australian and international mining and mineral exploration companies will highlight their Australian successes.
