Encouraging assays are reported from the first hole of a 10-hole program on Radcliffe Resources’ North Lake prospect in the La Ronge district of Saskatchewan.
The hole had four 6-ft intersections grading 0.315 oz, 0.385 oz, 0.325 oz and 0.439 oz gold per ton respectively. Visible gold has been noted in core and the assay lab reports visible gold effect from all sections of significant gold grade.
Previous drilling traced mineralization over a strike length of 1,400 ft. The company estimates the second phase has extended this to 1,850 ft and the zone is open on strike and at depth. President Clyde Smith says the company will seek additional financing for a third- phase drilling program to be completed before breakup.
