Glory Explorations has changed its name to National Fuelcorp (NLF:VSE) on a basis of one new share for 3 1/2 old shares.

Ormico Exploration and Charlim Explorations have entered into an agreement whereby Charlim will transfer a portion of its interest in the Beauchastel Twp. gold property in the Rouyn-Noranda area of Quebec to Ormico, which in turn will spend $197,000 on exploration of the property this year. The agreement is subject to regulatory approval.

International Royalon Minerals Inc. has changed its name to International Markatech Corp. (imt:vse) on a 1-new-for-3-old share basis.
