ANNUAL REPORT REVIEW — Sirios acquires Clairy Twp. play

Quebec-based Sirios Resources (SOI-M) has acquired a property near a recent massive sulphide discovery in Clairy Twp., Que.

The 9-sq.-km property is 7 km northwest, and along strike, of Soquem’s recent copper-zinc-silver discovery near Troilus Lake, north of Chibougamau.

Diamond drilling by the Quebec government returned assays of up to 10% zinc, 1.3% copper and 24 grams silver per tonne over 9.1 metres, plus 4% zinc, 2.65% copper, and 31.8 grams over 2.45 metres.

Government geologists have identified several base metal showings in the vicinity of the property.
