A wholly owned subsidiary of Aitken Lees Capital Ltd. of Toronto, a merchant banker and consulting firm, has become a shareholder of gold producer Consolidated TVX Mining (TSE). The subsidiary, 881096 Ontario Ltd., acquired the investment division of Consolidated HCI Holdings Corp., which included 600,000 TXV shares in its portfolio of securities.
