Denn’or, Orcana plan joint venture (November 13, 1989)

The companies will explore, on a 50/50 basis, Denn’or’s East Sullivan mine property and Orcana’s Farquharson property situated west of the Aur-Louvem base metal discovery. East Sullivan is a former copper-zinc-silver-gold mine. The Farquharson claims adjoin the East Sullivan property to the north.

Juniors Exploration Denn’or (ME) and Orcana Resources (VSE) are negotiating to become joint venture partners in the exploration of two properties in the Val d’Or area of Quebec.
