Drilling on the base metal prospect is continuing with the objective of enhancing previously recorded grades. The program will also test for thicker lenses of mineralization at depth.

According to Vice-president Roger Morton, a new program of geophysics has provided information on a possible area of shallow mineralization. Strike extensions of the known zones were also indicated by the survey. Preliminary metallurgical tests to determine recovery rates will be initiated in the near future, he said.
