Denn’or considers further exploration

Currently studying the results of an exploration program on the former Val d’Or East Sullivan concession in Bourlamaque Twp., Denn’or Exploration is considering a second program.

The company reports it has partly investigated a major shearing zone on the property crossing the Central Post intrusion, the lateral and depth extensions of which are still open. The drilled lens, it says, was followed on an east-west length of 1,000 ft and has an average thickness of 9 ft.

Included among the best drilling intersections of the program are 0.27 oz gold per ton across 12.8 ft, 0.18 oz across 8.7 ft, 0.17 oz across 4.3 ft and 0.15 oz across 4.4 ft.

The company’s second exploration program would continue a detailed investigation of the structure and also extend it.
