Diamond juniors merge

Mountain Province Mining (MPV-T) has merged with Glenmore Highlands. Shareholders of the latter received 0.57 of a Mountain Province share for each Glenmore share held. Prior to the merger, Glenmore owned a 38% stake in Mountain Province.

Mountain Province holds a 90% interest in the AK-CJ properties, in the Northwest Territories, including the Kennady Lake joint venture diamond project. The remainder is held by Camphor Ventures (CFV-V). Monopros, the exploration arm of De Beers Consolidated Mines (DBRSY-Q), is managing the project and can earn up to a 60% interest.
