Waddy completes Komis check assays

A program of check assays on drill core from its 100% owned Komis gold property near La Ronge, Sask., was recently completed by Waddy Lake Resources (TSE).

Because of the presence of “free gold” in the core, a “metallic gold” assay procedure was used to verify the initial assay results from holes drilled late last fall.

Revised intersections include 55.8 ft. grading 0.897 oz. gold per ton in hole 92-35, and 26.3 ft. grading 1.132 oz. gold in hole 92-39.

A preliminary mineral reserve is currently being calculated based on the new assay results. Previously calculated reserves on the property total 562,000 tons grading 0.44 oz. gold in five separate zones.
