Quartz Mountain dissent fizzles

The meeting was held as scheduled on Jan 31 after having been adjourned from Dec 15 by dissidents seeking a court order for the disclosure of additional information on Quartz Mountain’s relationship with Galactic Resources (TSE), and on the progress of a U.S. gold project being developed by the two companies. Described by attendees as a “non-event”, the recent meeting saw Messrs. Beer, Cook, Friedland, Gondi and Jennings re- lected as directors.
