CANADIAN INSTITUTE OF MINING AND METALLURGY, METALLURGICAL SOCIETY — Dr. V. I Lakshmanan of the Ontario Research Foundation has won the 1987 Sherritt Hydrometallurgy Award which was presented at the 27th Annual Conference of Metallurgists held in Montreal, Que., recently.
