Goldcap Inc. has entered into a joint venture agreement with Noranda Exploration which will see Noranda perform exploration work on the Tommy Jack property near Prince George, B.C.
Goldcap, which has received conditional approval for listing on the Alberta Stock Exchange, expects to complete a financing this month.
