An extended agreement has been reached between Golden Kristy Resources (VSE) and a company owned by the Vietnam Defence Ministry.
The two have agreed to form a new company to explore regions in Vietnam and Laos. Golden Kristy will hold a 55% controlling interest in the company. The first property to be explored is a 270-sq.-km concession in Vietnam. Gold is the primary target and the company is assembling geological maps and reports prior to sending in a ground team.
