Eureka Resources Inc. (EUR: VSE) and Hawthorne Gold Corp. (HGD:VSE) have amalgamated under Eureka Resources Inc. (EUR:VSE) on the following basis: Eureka’s shareholders will receive one new for one old share while Hawthorne Gold shareholders will receive 0.2 new for one old share. Transfer agent is National Trust.
