Metrologist seeking assistance for book on precious metal ores

He is looking for information, which will be kept confidential, about specific projects from exploration through to development. His objective is to ensure that their numbers are unbiased.

As an example, he needs to know how many labs were used for sample analysis, whether rejects were sent elsewhere, and recovery data. “I want to build in safeguards to ensure these numbers are accurate and design programs to come to terms with their variability,” he said.

Merks is a member of the American Society for Testing and Materials and the CIM. If you can assist Merks with his latest book please contact him immediately. He is listed in The Northern Miner’s directory section under Metrology.
