Fluor says although it is not actively pursuing the sale of its interest in Doe Run, it has received several inquiries from other companies. “We have been clear on our intent to focus on the engineering and construction side of the company and view the lead investment opportunistically,” Fluor President L. G. McCraw Jr. says. He added that “to date, no decision has been made regarding the immediate future of Doe Run. However, we do anticipate that a decision will be made later this year.”
