Beaver lists on TSE

The shares of Vancouver-based Beaver Resources were posted for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the stock symbol “bgi” effective April 27.

The original listing is in the mining category for 8,697,151 common shares, of which 7,909,651 shares are issued and outstanding and 787,500 shares are reserved for issuance.

Beaver’s principal property is its Kramer Hills gold project located about 130 miles east of Los Angeles, Calif. The property has been recently placed into production.

Beaver also has varying interests in 12 producing oil and gas wells.
