Leoben conference

The Leoben Mining Conference 1987 is scheduled to take place Sept 22-26 in Leoben and Graz, Austria. The conference, organized every 25 years, took place in Leoben in 1962 and 1937, and in Vienna in 1912.

Theme of this year’s gathering is Mining: structural changes in the requirements of economics, environment and technology — tendencies in research, development and operation. Conference languages are German and English.
