Meeting will focus on mineral economics

The 5th Minerals Economics Symposium, a bi-annual meeting sponsored by CIM (Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy), is set for Jan 24-26, 1989, at Toronto’s Westin-Harbour Castle Hotel.

The symposium, theme of which is Leaders in the Nineties, will focus on people and companies, technology, commodities, marketing and financing ideas. Speakers have been invited from Europe, North America and the Pacific Basin region.
