Kinbauri Gold Corp. has netted $158,460 through the completion of

placement of flow- through units, subject to regulatory approval. The company plans to start drilling immediately on its properties east of the Kirkland Lake airport. It says it has also entered into discussions with several majors on the possibility of joint ventures on their other claim groups in the Kirkland Lake camp and the Grenville area of northeastern Ontario.
