Corona sets warrant price

International Corona Resources has filed a final prospectus to offer 1.65 million 1996 warrants to the public at $27.50 per warrant to raise $45,375,000.

The warrants will be fully paid upon issue. Each warrant will give the holder the right to take either a common share of Corona at any time up to the end of September, 1996, or to take a first preferred share on Sept 30, 1989, by giving notice of their intention to do so between June 30 and Sept 30, 1989.

The preferred share will pay a dividend of $2.54 per share for a yield of about 9.24% and will be retractable on Sept 30, 1991, and on each Sept 30 after that to 1996 at $31.75 plus accrued dividends. It will also be redeemable at the option of the company at any time after issue at $31.75 per share.
