Correction (June 25, 2001)

A report on Majescor (MAJ-M) in our June 18-24 issue stated that on a global scale, less than 30% of kimberlites are diamondiferous, and fewer than half of all known kimberlites have been developed into mines.

It should have stated that fewer than 0.5% of all known kimberlites have been developed into mines.
