Additional surface sampling has enabled
The samples returned up to 61.4 grams gold per tonne. A duplicate sample taken from the Goldberg Saddle area returned 19.7 grams, a sharp increase from the original sample value of 8.4 grams, indicating the presence of coarse gold.
Earlier this year, Grayd outlined five gold-bearing zones associated with northeasterly trending structures over an 8-km length. Thick overburden has prevented further trenching, and diamond drilling is required to evaluate these high-grade areas.
Rumble Creek is underlain by Yukon-Tanana Terrane rocks prospective for gold and base metals.
