THE DIAMOND PAGE — Gerle pulls stones from Doyle Lake

At the Doyle Lake project in the Northwest Territories, Gerle Gold (GGL-V) has recovered 67 microdiamonds.

The announcement follows preliminary analysis of a composite 125.2-kg kimberlite sample taken from four reverse-circulation drill intersections of a recently discovered kimberlite sill.

Summer drilling traced a narrow sill over a strike length of 1.3 km, with intersections ranging from 0.2 to 5.7 metres in thickness.

Monopros, the exploration arm of De Beers Consolidated Mines, can earn a 60% interest in the project from Gerle.
