Goldcorp (G-TSE) and Minorca Resources (MAR-T) will jointly explore properties in Indonesia.
An agreement gives Goldcorp the right of first refusal for up to half of any Indonesian property acquired by Minorca in the future. Goldcorp, which recently acquired 5% of Minorca, will provide technical assistance to the projects, while Goldcorp President Robert McEwen will join Minorca’s board of directors.
