RTZ Mining & Exploration can earn a 51% interest in SouthernEra Resources’ (TSE) diamond exploration properties in Uruguay by spending $2 million over four years.
The properties host kimberlite diatremes discovered by SouthernEra during the past three years. Some of the properties also contain anomalous gold mineralization.
Upcoming exploration will include evaluation of the known diatremes, as well as a regional program to locate new targets.
