Radisson boosts reserves at O’Brien gold project

Based on results of a winter drill program, Radisson Mining Resources (ME) reports an increase in the resource of the 36 East zone on the O’Brien project near Malartic, Que.

The junior can acquire a half interest in the project from Breakwater Resources (TSE).

To date, the indicated resource of the 36 East zone amounts to 539,300 tons averaging 0.21 oz. gold per ton (cut at 1 oz., or 0.3 oz. uncut) on eight different veins. Taking into account other reserves from the mine area (all categories), the overall resource at O’Brien amounts to 1.13 million tons at 0.19 oz. gold.

Metallurgical tests will verify recovery rates in the zone and provide information necessary for the preparation of a feasibility study.
