Dundee Sustainable Technologies president and CEO Jean-Philippe Mai tells Canadian Mining Journal Editor-in-Chief Tamer Elbokl about the company’s innovative and environmentally friendly processing technologies during the recent PDAC convention in Toronto. Mai says the patented CLEVR gold extraction process uses no cyanide and produces no toxic liquid or gaseous effluents, while the solid residues remain inert, stable, and non-acid generating. The company’s GlassLock process removes and stabilizes arsenic that is often linked to gold, copper, silver or polymetallic mining processes.
