Yorbeau Resources has filed a final prospectus in Quebec for a

offering to raise $7,502,500. The offering consists of 3.25 million units, each unit consisting of one common share and one-half a purchase warrant, at 77 cents per unit, and, separately, 3,125,000 receipts at $1.60 per receipt. The warrant is exercisable until Sept 30, 1987, to buy one share at an unspecified price.
