Workshop focus on diamond exploration

An all-day workshop on practical diamond exploration in North America will take place March 27 at Toronto’s Royal York Hotel in conjunction with the 1993 convention of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC).

Workshop organizers are Patricia Sheahan and Andrew Chater. Speakers will include Herb Helmstaedt, Queen’s University; Howard Coopersmith, Diamond Co. NL; Malcolm McCallum, Colorado State University; Rory Moore, BHP Minerals; William Griffin, CSIRO, Australia; John Lee, Falconbridge Ltd.; Eric Craigie, Shadowood Exploration Services; Laurie Reed, geophysical consultant; and Ted Urquhart, Urquhart Dvorak.
