WisCan Resources (TSE) has acquired two blocks of claims in Churchill Twp., near Shining Tree, Ont.
The claim blocks lie along the regional geological trend which hosts the Fort Knox discoveries five miles to the southwest.
In Wisconsin, joint venture partner Hemlo Gold Mines (TSE) has completed two additional boreholes. No economic grade mineralization was encountered. WisCan says drilling will resume after Hemlo defines further drill targets.
