A financing designed to raise at least $1 million for exploration on three Wisconsin properties was unsuccessful, says Wiscan Resources (TSE). Wiscan has the option to earn a 50% interest in three properties covering about 46,000 acres in northern Wisconsin from Noranda Exploration.
