Results from the first four holes of the current program were released last week. The program is designed to test copper-molybdenum showings in quartz-feldspathic gneisses and granitic rocks on the 54-claim grassroots exploration property.
Assays from the four recently completed holes indicate significant widths of low grade copper mineralization as follows: Hole Width Copper Molybdenum
(m) (%) (%) 5 43.3 0.75 0.19 6 9.2 0.65 0.088
4.2 0.51 0.062
3.0 0.76 0.12
12.0 0.50 0.10 7 32.8 0.94 0.17 8 54.9 0.55 0.11
Holes 5 and 6 were drilled at different inclinations from the same station, while holes 7 and 8 were drilled on another section, 100 meters along strike.
Assays are pending from holes 9 through 11, and drilling has been suspended due to the onset of winter freeze-up conditions. The company plans to conduct a geophysical survey and more drilling during the winter season.
