White Gold signs crushing deal

Under contract with White Gold Ventures (ASE), S.D. Engineering of California will crush 50,000 tons of material for inventory purposes on White’s limestone property in Baja California, Mex. White says the stockpile will be “sales ready” and carry a market value of US$2-3 million.

In return for the crushing, S.D. Engineering will receive 450,000 shares of White in addition to US$5 per ton for work undertaken on the property.

White also announced receipt of a letter of intent from Calicor of California to market white rock from White’s Mexican limestone property.

And, White has granted to an unnamed Mexican company an option to purchase 500 tons of material per day as feed for lime production.
