Ways to attract qualified recruits

Patrick MacCulloch will address the audience at a dinner sponsored by the Toronto branch of the Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, Jan. 24. Billed as a “students’ nite,” the meeting focuses on training and employment policies. MacCulloch will discuss initiatives to attract qualified recruits and retain skilled workers at all levels of the mining industry.

MacCulloch is president of Peak Consultants, an international management consulting practice with associates in Canada and England.
