Beginning Sept. 1, companies listed on the Vancouver Stock Exchange will be required to file news electronically over the exchange’s web site.
The new system will also include simultaneous transmission of company news releases to Canada News Wire, a corporate dissemination service, and to the VSE’s new VC Info system, a database offering information on venture companies.
