Uranium issue

A unit offering is planned by Uranium Resources International (TSE). Boettcher & Co., a Denver-based brokerage firm, is underwriting the issue totalling 1.15 million units, each consisting of one common share and one common share purchase warrant.

The company intends to use the proceeds of the offering for the completion of plant construction and well-field development at the Rosita uranium project in south Texas.

Uranium Resources will have the units and the warrants listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange and on NASDAQ. The company plans to delist its shares from the Vancouver Stock Exchange because of lack of trading.
