U.S.REPORT Mohave name change

Calgary-based Mohave Gold plans to discontinue its operations under the Canada Business Corporations Act and transfer its corporate jurisdiction to Nevada. The common shares of Mohave were delisted from the Alberta Stock Exchange on May 22 at the request of the company. At the recent annual meeting, Mohave shareholders also approved a resolution to change the corporation’s name to Arabian Gold. In January, Mohave signed a letter of intent with Westar Holding Corp. to participate in the development of the Arabian mining project in Mohave Cty., Ariz.
